Where is your company registered?

Howcan I book a group tour?

1.Choose Your TourVisit our website toexplore our tours and select the one that interests you. Let us know your preferreddeparture date by using the contact form or emailing us directly at info@zenzenjapan.com.

2.Receive Detailed ItineraryOnce we receive your message, we’ll send you a detailed itinerary with full information about the tour.

3.Confirm Your BookingIf you're happy with the itinerary and terms, we’ll send you a booking form. A non-refundable deposit of 20%of the total tour price is required to secure your spot.

4.Final Payment & DepartureThe remaining balance is due one month before departure. You’ll receive your final itinerary two weeksbefore the tour begins.

Do you also offer order-made tours?

While we specialize in carefully curated small-group tours that highlight what we believe are Japan’s most memorable experiences, we’re also happy to create tailor-made journeys just for you.

Currency and Bank Transfers?

Our tour prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY), as our operating costs are primarily in JPY. The majority of our guests choose to pay by bank transfer in Japanese Yen.

Do you accept Credit Card Payments?

Yes.

Can you book flights for us?

ZENZEN JAPAN does not arrange airline tickets.

Please arrange flights(transportations) to/from the starting and finishing points of your tour. In most cases, you can find reasonably priced flights by booking directly with airlines or through online travel agencies (OTAs).

Can you book extra nights accommodation for us?

Yes, we can. Let us know if you want to extend your trip with a few days before or after the tour. We will be happy to assist you with booking your accommodation

Does ZENZEN JAPAN provide insurance cover ?

No, ZENZEN JAPAN does not provide personal travel insurance. Travel insurance is mandatory for all tour participants and must be arranged independently.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your travel insurance is adequate and appropriate for your needs. It should cover, at a minimum:

  • Medical expenses

  • Personal accidents and repatriation

  • Personal liability

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Losses incurred due to trip cancellation for personal reasons

We are unable to recommend specific insurance providers.

Do I need a visa to enter Japan?

Citizens of many countries (e.g., the U.S., Canada, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand,Singapore) can enter Japan without a visa for short-term stays (usually up to 90 days) for tourism.

What should I pack?

On all our tours, we primarily use Japan’s fast and efficient public transportation system. However, that also means you’ll be responsible for carrying your own luggage, often through busy stations and onto trains.

For your comfort and convenience, we strongly recommend packing light.

Please also ensure that your suitcase’s total dimensions (width + height + depth) stay under 125 cm, as this is the maximum size allowed for luggage on the shinkansen (bullet train) without a special reservation.
